Genetic Engineering of Stem Cells for improved Stem-Cell therapy. Genetic engineering, with many Strategy to induce organic phenomenon in an explicit and well-controllable manner, is especially engaging for this purpose. There are 2 main methods for inducement transgene expression in therapeutic cells: transient and permanent expression. In many instances, including stem cell trafficking and using cell therapy for the treatment of acute disease with a short curative process, transient transgene expression may be an ample and excellent approach.
