Regenerative medicine objective at helping the body to form new functional tissue to supplant absent or Damaged ones. Regenerative medicine influences the use of tissue engineering and stem cell technology. Embryonic stem cells (ESC) are pluripotent and they can differentiate into all germ layers. Non-embryonic stem cells (non-ESC) are multipotent. The capacity for potency and the relative simplicity to isolate and grow these cells are significant properties for regenerative medicine. The ability to isolate genetically and phenotypically stable, pluripotent cells from amniotic fluid-derived stem cells have a great impact on regenerative medicine. Fat tissue is abundant and contains a vast number of cell and it is more easily attainable. Hence the use of fat cells opens large and promising perspectives in creating regenerative medicine. The momentum is a membranous twofold layer of fatty tissue that covers and supports the digestive tracks and organs in the lower abdominal area. This momentum is a source of neovascularisation and it plays a huge role in regenerative medicine.
